If your purchase is accepted, the Items will be sent to you as soon as feasible but in any event within 30 (thirty) days of Bigzbe or the Third Party Seller receiving payment from you ("Delivery Period"). If the Products are delayed beyond the Delivery Term, we will let you know. Then, you have the option of canceling your purchase for the Products within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notice. You will get a full refund if you decide to cancel your order.

When a purchase is delivered to the physical address you provided during the checkout process, Bigzbe has fulfilled its commitment to deliver the goods to you. After Bigzbe has physically delivered goods to the location you provided, it is no longer liable for the product's safety or any unauthorized usage.
