If you place your order before 3 pm we can process in same day other wise we will process very next day.

Handling time

With some of the products we can take 1 day to process the order. Other wise can be shipped same day once you order is processed you will get tracking code.

Pricing policy

 

All of our listed product prices are final and include services tax (GST) and shipping/handling costs will be shown in the cart. There is no extra or Hidden charges like packaging fee etc.

Return policy

 

     Within the specified return period, you may return selected items if they are physically damaged, missing components or accessories, faulty, or otherwise not as described on the product page.

 

     Incorrect product ordered, wrong product purchased, buyer's guilt, and other similar situations may all disqualify a product from being returned.

 

     Replacements are only possible if the original source still has a stock of the replacement product.

 

     Non-returnable items are those that have it labeled on the product page. In the very unusual event that a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item is sent to you, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange. Before we provide a refund or replace a faulty item, we may need to confirm the nature of the damage or defect with you. Before granting a refund or replacement, we may arrange for a pickup of the product to inspect it for damage or defects.
