At BIGZBE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may return a product if:

Unused & Unopened: The product is in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

Defective/Damaged: The product arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind (restocking fee may apply).

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics).

❌ Custom-made or personalized items.

❌ Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.


2. RETURN PROCESS

How to Request a Refund

1️⃣ Log In to your BIGZBE account

2️⃣ Go to "My Orders"

3️⃣ Select "Request Refund" on your order

4️⃣ Choose Products you want to return

5️⃣ Describe Reason:


Changed my mind


Product damaged/defective


Wrong item received


Other (please describe)

6️⃣ Submit Request

Request a Return: Contact our support team at [support@bigzbe.com] within 30 days of delivery.

Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Return Approval: We’ll review your request and email a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship the Item: Send the product back to us (unused, in original packaging) with the RMA number visible.


Return Shipping Costs:

Free for Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping.

Customer-Paid for Change of Mind: You pay return shipping unless otherwise stated.


3. REFUNDS

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds: If the item is used or missing parts, a partial refund may apply.


4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Contact support to request an exchange before returning the item.


5. EXCEPTIONS

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

BIGZBE reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet policy conditions.
