You may return a product if:
✅ Unused & Unopened: The product is in its original condition, packaging, and includes all tags/labels.
✅ Defective or Damaged: The item arrived faulty, broken, or incorrect.
✅ Change of Mind: You’ve changed your mind about the product (a restocking fee may apply).
Non-returnable items include:
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics)
❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Items without original packaging or valid proof of purchase
How to Request a Refund via Your Account:

2️⃣ Go to "My Orders"
3️⃣ Click on "Request Refund"
4️⃣ Select the products you wish to return
5️⃣ Choose a reason:
Changed my mind
Product damaged/defective
Wrong item received

Return Approval:
You will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions by email.
Shipping the Item:
Ship the product back (unused and in original packaging) with the RMA number clearly visible.
Return Shipping Costs:
✅ We cover return shipping for defective/damaged items
Customer pays for return shipping on "Change of Mind" returns (unless otherwise noted)
⏱️ Processing Time: Within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return
