RETURN POLICY

At BIGZBE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:



1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may return a product if:

Unused & Unopened: The product is in its original condition, packaging, and includes all tags/labels.

Defective or Damaged: The item arrived faulty, broken, or incorrect.

Change of Mind: You’ve changed your mind about the product (a restocking fee may apply).

Non-returnable items include:

❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics)
❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Items without original packaging or valid proof of purchase

2. RETURN PROCESS

How to Request a Refund via Your Account:

1️⃣ Log in to your BIGZBE account
2️⃣ Go to "My Orders"
3️⃣ Click on "Request Refund"
4️⃣ Select the products you wish to return
5️⃣ Choose a reason:

  • Changed my mind

  • Product damaged/defective

  • Wrong item received

  • Other (please specify)
    6️⃣ Submit your request

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. 

Return Approval:
You will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions by email.

Shipping the Item:
Ship the product back (unused and in original packaging) with the RMA number clearly visible.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • We cover return shipping for defective/damaged items

  • Customer pays for return shipping on "Change of Mind" returns (unless otherwise noted)


3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • ⏱️ Processing Time: Within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return

  •  Refund Method: Original payment method

  • ⚠️ Partial Refunds: Applied if returned item is used or missing components


    Order Cancellations

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order OR before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

    • Cancellation requests can be sent to support@bigzbe.com with your order number.

    • If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return in accordance with our Return Policy.


4. EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only offered if the product is in stock

  • Please contact support to check availability before returning the original item


5. IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS

  • ❗ Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted

  • BIGZBE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements
